Acceptable Use Policy

Effective and last updated: 13 July 2026. These rules protect customers, users, third parties and the reliability of Infinity Desk.

1. Who this policy applies to

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to every person who accesses Infinity Desk through a customer account. Customers are responsible for making their authorised users aware of it.

2. Lawful use

You must use the service only for lawful business purposes. You must not use it to create, upload, store, send, promote or facilitate content or conduct that:

  • violates applicable law, court order, sanctions or export controls;
  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity or other rights;
  • is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, exploitative or unlawfully discriminatory;
  • involves illegal goods, illegal services, stolen data or unauthorised financial activity;
  • contains child sexual abuse material or exploits or endangers a child; or
  • encourages violence or material physical harm.

3. Spam and harmful activity

You must not use Infinity Desk to distribute unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, malware, ransomware, spyware, deceptive links or code intended to damage or secretly access a device, account or network. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent the source of communications.

4. Security and access

You must not:

  • access another customer’s account or data without permission;
  • probe, scan or test vulnerabilities except under our written security-testing authorisation;
  • bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls or usage limits;
  • share credentials beyond authorised users or use another person’s credentials;
  • introduce malicious code or interfere with service availability; or
  • publish credentials, tokens, private keys or payment authentication data in the service.

Report a suspected vulnerability privately to security@infinitysolutions.app. Do not access, alter or retain other users’ data while testing.

5. Platform integrity

You may not reverse engineer the service except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits, resell or sublicense access without written authorisation, run automated requests that unreasonably burden the service, scrape non-public data, benchmark for a competing product without consent, or use the service to build a directly competing hosted service.

6. Customer content

You are responsible for customer content and must have all rights and notices required to place it in the service. Do not upload special-category, highly sensitive or regulated data unless your order expressly authorises that data type and the required safeguards are in place. Infinity Desk is not intended to store full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, passwords for third-party systems, government identity documents, medical records or children’s personal data.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate a suspected violation and may remove content, rate-limit activity, require remediation, suspend access or terminate an account. Where reasonable, we will notify the customer and allow an opportunity to correct the issue. We may act immediately when needed to prevent harm, comply with law or protect the service. We will consider context, severity, recurrence and customer cooperation.

8. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to legal@infinitysolutions.app with the affected workspace, relevant URLs or record identifiers, dates, and a concise description. Do not include unnecessary personal or payment data.
