Monthly plans are charged at the displayed monthly rate. Annual plans are charged once for the full annual total. Applicable GST is calculated and shown before payment. We do not charge setup, cancellation or hidden platform fees.

Trial
The 14-day trial requires no card. It ends without charge unless you deliberately select and purchase a paid plan.

Activation
Paid access is usually enabled within 15 minutes after successful payment. Manual review may take up to one business day.

Renewal
Subscriptions renew at the same billing interval until cancelled. The renewal amount and date are shown in your account.

Cancellation
Cancel before renewal from account settings or by emailing support. Access continues to the end of the paid period.

Refunds
Eligible first purchases requested within 7 calendar days, duplicate charges and verified billing errors are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Are taxes included?
No. Displayed prices exclude GST. Any applicable GST is calculated and clearly shown before you authorise payment and on your invoice.
What does “₹799 per month, billed annually” mean?
The Starter annual plan costs ₹9,588 plus applicable GST for 12 months. ₹799 is the effective monthly rate; the annual total is charged in one payment.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades can take effect immediately with the amount confirmed before payment. Downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal so you keep current features through the paid period.
How do I get an invoice?
A digital invoice is emailed after successful payment and is available from your account. Add your correct legal name, address and GSTIN, if applicable, before purchase.
Do you store my card?
No. Payment credentials are collected and secured by the payment provider displayed at checkout. Infinity Solutions receives only the status and reference data needed to manage your subscription.
