What exactly am I buying?
A subscription licence to use Infinity Desk, our hosted software for managing client requests, tasks, files, approvals and delivery records. It is a digital service; no physical goods are shipped.
When do I receive access?
Trial access is normally created immediately after signup. Paid plan changes are normally applied within 15 minutes after successful payment. If a payment requires manual review, activation may take up to one business day.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from your account before the next renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
First-time subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund when requested within 7 calendar days. Duplicate charges and verified billing errors are refunded. Full conditions and timelines are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Does Infinity Solutions store card details?
No. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We receive transaction references and billing status, but not your full card number, CVV or payment credentials.
